Binge-watch (2018) Site-specific installation.

Binge-watch is an installation that reflects upon the act of watching television. As part of a generation that binges television series, I’m fascinated by the screens we look at all day and the fictional worlds they offer access into.

This work attempts to show the restlessness of these often fast-paced, superficial images, while simultaneously censoring them of their content. The result is an obscured tempest of movement, colours and shapes that is reminiscent of peering through the privacy-film covered window of a house where someone is watching television.
